Just realized it may be too big for my Gigabyte 3D aurora case? Is it too tall? I'll check it out when it gets here, but was wondering if I need to order a new case.
 
According to newegg, the GigaByte case you have is around 8 inches wide which leaves about 7.4 inches of interior room.

Can't imagine it not fitting.
 
I would think it will fit; it's really not all that big; there are taller ones out there.

Why does the Aluminum version of the Zalman 9700 cost more at newegg than the Copper version?
 
It's still made of copper, it just has a coating on it to make it silvery/shiny.

I only bought it because it has the 4 pin power plug (according to specs) that is on the Bad Axe 2. And I have always had good luck with Zalman products.
