most of the red ones end up looking orange. Just search for crappy red ccfls 
and voila you have orange ccfl. Sometimes pink so be careful to read the reviews and make sure they suck but are orange and not pink.

It's pretty hit and miss hoping red's will turn out orange.... I've got several cheap "red" ccfl kits, and they are blood red man... no hint of orange or pink at all.... I really wish they were a bit more orange....

Did a quick google search myself and I found one e-tailer that probably has the color that you are looking for:

That's certainly the closest I've seen. I can't tell whether or not it's too 'creamy', but it may warrant a purchase. Thanks for the link.
