Looking to get some desktop speakers, would prefer studio monitors or something with a full range of sound. Probably around 200-300 for the set?

I've always been a headphones guy and have a pair of sennheiser HD-650's plugged into a gilmore lite amp / PSU but sometimes I don't want something sitting on my head.

What are my options? I have a Creative Sound blaster Titanium HD with RCA outputs
 
I'm currently running the BX5a's and they have been treating me quite well.

Yea i'm leaning twards the BX5 D2's.

What would i get as an interface for them? My soundcard has optical out, maybe some sort of box with an optical input and XLR outs?
