Options locked out in drivers... Need help fixing.

I am running 177.41 on a gtx 260. Some of my options in the Performance and Quality section are no longer adjustable. For example, anisotropic filtering is set to application controlled, and I cant uncheck it. In addition, other things like trilinear optimization and anisotropic mip filtering optimization are grayed out and set permanently to off. Any ideas as to what happened? They worked fine a half hour ago, played lock on modern air combat for a little while, now they are no longer customizable.

i had this happen once on my 7600GT i was able to set them once, then after that, nada! never did fix it

For anyone else who had this problem: reinstalling the drivers worked, haha.
