OPTIMIZING settings for Ralink driver?

I have a WUSB600N adapter with the ralink drivers. I experience random timeouts when using the 5ghz N-wireless band. Are there any optimal settings I can set using the Ralink drivers? Fpr example, always set CAM on? Auto Channel Select? Auto Reconnect Mode? Any of these or others that should be set?

Before you answer, I'm not looking for answers relating to interference, yadda, yadda. I want to get my settings optimal first, then I'll worry about any interference. There seem to be a lot of settings available. Thanks.
