What is the optimal size for Full HD resolution ?
24" or 27" ?

Dotch pitch size pass from 0.278 to 0.311mm, is not excessive for games ?
From 24" to 27" there's more aliasing ?

And for web browsing and text reading the big size of screen is a problem for eyes ?
caracters is bigger but white pages ? The white pages like google's home page in a biggest size is not a issue for eyes.

To prevent seeing difference in aliasing you should view larger screen from farer distance. You should check how big is your desk and from what distance you would like to watch the monitor and based on this, do a decision. I don't think to look on very large screen (bigger than 24") from close distance is a good idea, this can be very straining for eyes. So if you just want to use it for basic tasks on your mid sized desk, I don't recommend bigger than 24".

Like I said on OCN:

It's subjective. I notice the difference. And yet, I still prefer the size.

I'd prefer to go with something larger in size. Bigger monitors allow you to get the most out of high res images/movies.
