Optimal flow rate for most systems

It's interesting that so many support the Eheim 1048 for a WC pump.

But looking at it's specs, it's one of the weakest pumps you can find for WC systems. (158 GPH, 4'11" head)

Now if we had a DIY system comprising of these parts (or anything similar in total resistance):
MCW50 GPU Block
Dangerden TDX
BIX Radiator
1/2" OD Tubing

Could an Eheiim 1048 provide a good flow rate?
It's P-Q is very close to the Hydor L20

The more important question is what, if any, changes you will be able to make in your computer by moving from an Eheim 1048 to a higher flowing pump.
 
Well I can't imagine much change for myself in the future. So, would the Eheim 1048 be fine for a typical system such as the one configured above?

I remember finding a site somewhere that has a dynamic graph temp delta vs flow rate. Anyone remember where I could find this?
