opteron 170

i want to get a opty 170 and put it on a asus sli prem, with ocz plat ram(2x 1 gig sticks), with a zalman 7000b. would any of these parts hold me back from overclocking my opty??
yea i was not sure where to post this sorry if wrong?

Why the Zalman 7000? Bump up to the 7700, or better yet a Big Typhoon IMO.

yeah, go for a better heatsink. big typhoon would be good, or if you really want the blue lights you could get the zalman cnps9500, but it costs more.
