I use z-560s on my laptop for music and ocassional movies. Is my integrated soundcard suficient for these purposes? What kind of sound quality am I missing out on? I ordered a USB Audigy 2 but its back ordered so I'm going to cancel it...if I do get an external card what is better the Audigy 2 ot Extigy...both are same price (refurb extigy on ebay)?
 
or what about the mp3+? Any suggestions/experiences with USB Sound cards less than $100?
 
I *believe* the Audigy is better for what you want.

I find no problems with the sound on my laptop, especially for movies and music. I always use headphones, however.
