Opengl not working

im having problems with all of my opengl games(prey,quake 4,etc.)
everytime i launch it says it cant find opengl or use its features. i had the latest drivers from nvidia but all my games worked perfectly find and then today this problem arose. so i rolled back to 84.21 and the problem still remains.

any help?

Also in Everest home edition it shows that i have 2 features, but i have looked at this before and there were many more then that.

Do a complete uninstall of your video drivers and reinstall. OpenGL support is found within the driver so I don't think the rollback did the trick. Use drivercleaner www.drivercleaner.net
if the standard way doesn't cut it
 
Friend of mine installed Vista on His Ferarri 1000 Acer laptop and it works cool. Though You can not run OpenGL games on Vista :)

BTW. HL sucks with D3D.

hardware config is in sig....and i have the latest updates for winxp home. yes i know opengl is only in the video card drivers but idk what to do anymore. someone on anothor forum that i posted this on said that my card could be possiblly dying, but i dont think thats true if just opengl is not working.
