I have a rebranded Eaton UPS that sat for about a year without use. I hooked it up and everything seemed good for about a week when I started to get the error "open cell voltage". If I clear the error and run a battery test it is fine. If I unplug the UPS from utility it holds the load.
Is the battery is starting to go or a more serious issue?
