Open Box Newegg 7970 DOA

I bought the PowerColor 7970 open box from newegg for $303, $330 with tax.

Tested it out today, DOA. I so sad now.

Chatted with Newegg, set me up with rma and shipping to refund, it was no hassle.

Its ok, atleast I can buy the new cards with the Crysis and Bioshock now.
