Does anyone know how to rectify an AC voltage with DC offset (2.5V)? I need to keep the DC offset voltage in order to do the comparison. My input is an AC signal with 2.5 VDC offset, I tried to set the reference voltage at 2.5 Vdc, but I don't know how. Thanks.

You can either AC couple the AC signal to remove the DC offset, or you could build a 2.5V reference voltage for your comparator using a Zener diode. I'm assuming you're trying to flip the comparator output when the AC signal is above 2.5V, and vice versa?
