A lot of WoW play, A lot of web browsing(while playing), minor CAD work, minor media use.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Lower better, not my money so can't really say exact.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

Using a Coolermaster Storm case, G.Skill 4GBx2 1600 RAM

No

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
Have a 22" Gateway

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Slowly gathering parts, no rush. By early December for sure.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
Nothing necessary

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Well two things.

One, we really need a budget to recommend parts. Secondly,bump this topic the week you plan to purchase the parts as most of our recommendations are based on monthly deals that change very frequently, in an effort to get you the best for your money, it's best to order everything at the same time.

Assuming that monitor is 1680x1050 resolution?
