Only left side of SADES SA-901 Gaming Headset is working

Hello,

I did not know where to put this, but I need help getting the right side of my headset to work. I recently got this headset and have been trying to get the right side to work. I've gone to the control panel > manage audio devices > the device I am using > properties > level > balance to see if the right side had been muted, but it hasn't. According to it everything is working properly.

I don't know what else to do and hope you guys can help me out.

Return it to where you bought it from, sounds like a bad headset.
