Online Paint Server Software?

I'm looking for a program that can host a "paint" server to where people can login into with the corresponding client software to where they can draw on the screen, post images on the screen and draw over it, and the other users connected can see what that person is drawing on the fly, including the background.

Is there anything like that out there?

I found this one Java app called Netfitti ... works pretty good, but seems to lag for others not hosting... especially with really large images! Only thing I found that meets what I need so far...
