I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it seemed like this is it.
I ordered from the upgrade center inc. and I need to RMA a product. I have ordered from them a few times, no problem at all. This time i had no problem, but the PSU that I ordered died after a week. I want to RMA it but i can't get in contact with upgrade center inc. I tryied calling and the voicemail box is full. I tried sending emails (to all the different email accounts they have) I keep geting failure notices tho. So i can't like get ahold of them. . . I'm gonna write a letter but i doubt that will work. If it doesn't what should i do?
