Hi all,

I've been trying in vain to locate the mecca of online multi-player flash/javascript games. And by that I mean games which run in your browser and can be played by two people simultaneously in different geographical locations. Where can I find a collection of games like this?

I used to coordinate leisurely games with friends over applications like Skype or Yahoo Messenger, but I ended up running into compatibility problems when considering the different operating systems. Skype, Yahoo, etc will run the applications, but oftentimes they don't run the games portion cross-platform.

Aside from Inklink and Xplorers, I haven't come across much.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Wow. I had no idea Quake Live existed. I used to be very, very, very heavily involved in Quake and Quake II mods... had a big old clan and rocked out via the OnlineGamingLeague (ogl.org). Ah... memories. Maybe I'll just hop back into the javascript version now, heh...

Anyway, I came across a whole slew of online multiplayer flash games just now... this is pretty much the mecca I was looking for:

Does anyone remember that name of that online flash game with ships? You like produce sea ships at different docks and they go across the map on a path.
