Onedrive business vs Dropbox?

I have a Onedrive for business account which I have never used and has 1TB of space. I also have a free dropbox account which I have used for a long time. I only use about 6GB in Dropbox.

Is one more secure than the other? Would it behoove me to switch from Dropbox to Onedrive?

What are the pro's and cons of each?

I know onedrive is actually integrated into a lot of MS software, so if you use that alot it may be simpler
