One loop or 2?

So far I have the Apex kit and i would like to get 1 (possibly 2 for SLi setup) neptune 7800 from Stasis, a chipset block, and quite possibly a HDD cooler from DD since one of my HDD's runs really hot. With blocks on the CPU, GPU (maybe 2), chipset, and HDD, would it be best for 1 loop or 2? or one loop w/ 2 rads?
 
Might be better to have 2 loops. Use the apex for cpu/gpus and a smaller bore loop for hdd/chipset.
