Is there any way to get two Infocus projectors to project the same picture from one laptop?

What sort of output does your laptop have? If you're lucky, it has an rca output and a monitor output. You should be able to hook the RCA output (or it might be svideo) to one projector, and the monitor output to the other. Then just hit the keyboard combos to turn on the correct outputs.

If you don't have an rca/svideo output, then you'll need some sort of vga splitter to split the signal from the monitor output.

Might get some signal loss though if you are running high resolutions, but more than likely the 800x600 or 1024x768 you'll be using will look ok. For long cable runs, you'll probably need a powered splitter.
