I have a Dell Precision M6400 laptop and I'd like to know if I can hook it up to two different monitors at same time:

24" HP LP2465 1900 x 1200

and

27" Dell U2717D 2560 x 1440

I want to do photography work on the Dell and use the HP just for surfing the web or watching a movie while I work.

Also, what kind of cable splitter do I need to hook up the laptop to two monitors? I believe the M6400 has display port out. The Dell has display port in and the HP has 24+5 pin combined DVI in.
