no. you just need to remove the stock OTES thing on the top of the mobo, screw in the new Thermalright Retention bracket and mount the xp90
 
Actually the rig is a year old. I know, im just now getting a heatsink/fan but the stock one has been doing fine except it does get a lil' warm with an OC higher than 2.4 1.55v. I am really not going to OC it much higher as I have no way to lock my pci + I get a lot of data corruption with my SATA drives. But it would be nice to run it at the 2.5 range and doing it cool.
