On Prem AWS S3 Compatible With Storage Object Lock

Are there any vendors that sell software only for on premise, S3 compatible with Object Lock, for Veeam Immutability? I see vendors that sell hardware, I don't need the hardware.

What do you guys recommend? Price is a major concern so likely going with the cheapest option.

Looks like MinIO supports this and they have a free/open source version. I think I may give it a try.
 
MinIO, ECS Community edition, there's one other but I'm drawing a blank.
