Is the only real difference between a P8P67-M PRO & P8P67 PRO just the microAtx size? Did some googling but havent turned up much on differences.

Why not use the "compare" feature at www.asus.com?
The full-sized ATX version has two PCI slots, and second PCI-E X1 slot, that aren't on the microATX board. (ATX, 7 slots, mATX, 4.) The ATX version has two third party SATA controlllers, while the mATX has one. The mATX board uses a Realtek NIC, while the ATX one uses Intel.

lol thanks i ended up finding that after i posted and forgot i had this thread started. Can stick a fork in this its done.
