on board audio any good? I have three choicies for my new PC

A. Buy new Audigy 2 zs gamer for 111.00

B. Use SB audigy already in my PC

c. Use onbard when i get the next MB

I have a 5.1 klipsch set up so the speakers arnt the problem...

What do you all think

get the audigy 2 if u have a 5.1 which u do have. if u haven't noticed already i'm replying to every post your making because i am so bored.

Depends mainly on your onboard audio, but also on how seriously you take quality audio. Personally, I'm using the onboard VIA 5.1, and am not having any regrets, but this really is a personal issue. People look at me like I'm nuts when I plug my $7 speakers into a loaded dual Opteron box. Consider though that $111 is a good deal of money, and that may be better spent elsewhere if you're not an audio connoisseur.
