Well I have a computer runnin gon Windows 2000 Pro with SP4. I think when I was installing Nero Imageready or whatever it is called, Microsoft asked if I wanted to install a SCSI thing or something. I clicked yes even though I have nothing SCSI. Then I installed CloneCD and it needed to restart so I closed my programs and restarted. When I booted up, I got this error on a blue screen saying "check for viruses, remove any newly installed harddrives or harddrive controllers, and stuff like that" That is a summary of what the message says. From there I can't do anything. I tried CTRL+ALT+DEL, ESC, DEL, everything. So I restarted via the button method and tried the advance boot methods. I tried Safe Mode, Last known good Config, Debugger mode, everything.
What can I do now to salvage what I have. I have stuff on my C drive that I don't want to lose with a reformat. Please help.
I was thinking of installing Windows XP Pro and dual boot that comp. Do you think that would work?
