Omega Drivers Installation help

I downloaded the Omega Drivers for ATI 5.1 drivers release editon. When I go to start the installation, it says RPC server is unavailable, cannot start installation engine. What does this mean? I have a Sapphire X600 256Mb Pro vid card.

Rest of my specs:
2.8 520 Processor
512 Ram
160 gig hard drive
Windows XP Pro w/SP2
 
Anyone.... I cant even install any drivers now for my graphics card.
 
Problem solved, a couple restarts solved the problem. Dont know how, it just did :)
