I've never had the pleasure of doing a pad mod on LGA775, but Id like to try it for fun and maybe get a little extra kick on 2 older machines that I have recently taken out of production.

CPU: E2220 dual core 800fsb (12 multiplier, 2.4ghz)
MB - some OEM HP with Intel G33 Express chipset (should do 800/1066/1333?) BIOS obviously has no CPU options.

Would it be possible for me to do a working BSEL mod on this? Im guessing 1333 would be pushing it quite a bit (4.0Ghz) but 1066 would put it at 3.2, a nice speed for Allendale. Tho trying for 4 might be fun. Also, what about a voltage pad mod? (running at 4.0 with a voltage bump would be pretty slick, if for nothing else just seeing it work )

I know, google is my friend, most of the BSEL guides I found were a bit vague, missing pictures or just plain confusing. If anyone had experience on this exact chip, comments would be awesome. Id love a dummies guide for exactly what pins I need paint, but maybe thats just wishful thinking.

If anyone can remember some links to GOOD guides on lga775 BSEL / pad mods etc. that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any feedback.
