Hello, I'd like to put a pc - micro atx, psu and a couple of hard drives - inside this radio that belonged to my grandparents.

There is ample room but I want it to still function as a radio and I want to leave the speakers intact and as is. Now I know that hard drives and monitors ( no monitor in this case, will be headless server) shouldn't go near magnets, but I'm wondering about the rest of the parts.

What considerations must be made regarding the speaker magnets. Would you recommend some how shielding the pc inards or somehow blocking off the speakers? How far is far enugh form the speaker magnets? Can this be done?

Looking for advice. I'd love to do this. The radio and well as some of the parts belonged to my grandfather and I would like to get some functionality out of this nice piece of furniture. I think this would be a nice memorial because he was a techy in his own way and gave me one of my first computers. He was an accountant and was an early adopter of technology.

So any advice appreciated. I'm hoping this turns into a worklog.

The matx mobo is place here for size perspective.

Here you can see that the top section of the radio is just to small for the motherboard to fit vertically. I could cut out a portion of the divider to allow access to the panel, though after the machine is set up (headless ubuntu server) I wont really need access to the panel.
