Old Laptop Ram Need some....

I guys I have a real old laptop here its one of the old Panasonic ones its model is CF-41 its got like 32mb now:( Its a Mk III laptop theres a few versions of it I guess.

So anybody got any ideas on how to get it to run a little better??? Does anybody have one that they found ram for?? Its really old ram I think its like a flash card or somthing, but I dont think its as simple as buying a camera flash card. Any one know where i can pick up some ram or got any ideas???
