Old heatsink is stuck

So I own a radeon 9800 pro (256 MB) and the fan just stopped working one day.

I ended up just buying a new fan for it, but I can't get the old heatsink off the card. There's 2 black nobs that i can press that look promising but they don't really seem to be helping me out. I'm not really sure how to do this so any help would be nice.

Those black knobs are the lock pins....push the center out of them, the carefully twist the cooler off....

Also I havent seen one in a while, but I thought my 9800 had some tiny screws too...

My old 9550 had those on it.
