I will be recieving the last parts for my comp tomorrow or friday. The only thing I don't have yet is the operating system. So, I was wondering if I can put my old hdd into my new computer as the master drive. If so, how? The OS on my old hdd is XP Home. The board I will be using is a DFI UT Ultra-D.

you might run into problems without a fresh install. There is a program that you can use before you install the HDD into the new computer that minimizes problems but you still might get some (my AIM kept crashing after I did this). Anyway, the program is called sysprep. Search for it either in google or in here cause I remember hearing about it somewhere on here.
