What should I do with them?

At the moment they are in the cupboard storing old files that will one day make me smile again. Here is a short list:

450mb
6gb
12gb
40gb x 2
80gb
160gb

They are all PATA. The smallest one is from a Pentium 1, My first computer. :D

Wondering is it worth getting those two 40gb and making some sort of raid system? Until I get a server set up in my house that will allow me to access them remotely, does anyone have any idea's what to do with them? In my main computer now I have 3x160SATA and the 160PATA No raid set up or anything yet, but the drives are quite full as i have no where else to put all my junk. I kinda want to put those 3 serials into a raid one day(which raid system I do not know), move all the data they contained onto a big storage drive (500+) and then have a raptor as my main OS drive. Comments? :)

I use smaller drives as spares for my older/slower machines, like the PC in my garage and my HTPC (as that is only used for playback of files from my file server).

Scavenge the Rare Earth magnets inside for some cool Magnet Tricks

[edit]

Must be a shock to everyone concerned about their drive being too close to a magnetic field!
