This is the oldest CD rom drive I've seen in my life, just thought I'd share.

Nice design. Had older cd rom with cartridge for the cd, like a giant minidisc. It was scsi in an i386.
date on it?

12.24.1992 !!! I'm not sure if this price tag on it is right but it says $60.83, I'd think it would cost more then that  This thing is almost as heavy as my whole rig now!

Probably a 1x proprietary connection...I had one similar to that I took from an old 386 I upgraded.

Are you asking if its still working because you want to buy it? lol 89 cents pluss shipping! :D

I haven't tested it out, but im pretty sure it still works. The lady that I got it from had it in storage forever. I used her old 1.44 floppy from it and it works.

haha pm me your info, agian i havent tested it to see if it works. i'll give it to you free, just shipping cost.
