siiiigh... this may very well be the oldest board on the forum =P
i'm a nub with an xp 3000+ barton and i'm trying to oc it since i've also got a tr2 fan, but the MB won't let me. i've checked with the folks at abit and they say i can't oc it cuz my chipset just doesn't allow for it. i can only run it right now at 333 fsb (and 1GB DDR also at 333 instead of 400 which it REALLY is), and this is the max that my MB allows me to go... i've pretty much given up, and thought i'd pose the prob in [H] forums just to see if you experts wanna take a shot at it. i've got a 400w ps (dunno the brand =\), and just recently bought the bfg 6800 gt knowing the cpu (err... motherboard rather) will be my bottleneck. no sense it ocing it either
