I just recently got a new case and it came with a Okia psu 450w. Is this a reliable psu? and dose it have enough power for my computer? P4 2.6, 2 DVD drives, 1hdd, 3 80mm led fans, 3 120mm led fans, 2 led light strips, geforce 6200, and about a month a water cooling kit. the specs on the psu +3.3V@28A, +5V@50A, +12V@15A -12V@18A, -12V@1.0A, -5V@0.8A, +5VSB@2.5A.

Not a chance - for that rig, you're better off picking up a cheap FSP/Sparkle 350W. It will outpower and outlast that Okia.

a good 350w or higher psu (enermax, antec, fsp) is MUCH better

I had a 600W that powered: Biostar TForce 550 SE, A64 X2 3600, 2GB DDR2, 7900GT and drives and such.

Depends on the model.
I actually think that Okia is fine.
It isn't fine. Even if it weren't Deer and Powmax level mediocre, the specs are for an old ATX 1.3 design with a high 5V and low 12V.
It's a disaster waiting to happen.

I agree with you but he said in a month he'd add a water cooling kit... that's too much draw on the 12v
