...on my Ultra 10 running Gentoo. So, other than Seti, what out there is worthwhile that I can crunch on that would work on Linux on a SPARC platform?

While I believe other life forms are out there, I'd rather dedicate my CPU cycles to helping mankind, even if that means helping the scum of mankind in the process.

You could try Distributed Folding, they may have a client for you.
