OK to fold SCSI cable?

I think it's better to do a sharp angle like that than a shallow one, but in any case it works for me. Haven't had any problems, but I haven't compared error rates either.

 
My father in law actually 'split' the cable (ie seperated the strands) and made them round...
He had it acordian folded before that, for lack of room in the case.
 
Hey check it out. Flipped my hard drive so I'd only have to fold it once.

I've been in some HP NetServers (and some old Proliants) that had the SCSI cables folded pretty harsh to get them around objects, never had an issue with them.

Jesus...we've got an Intel SPSH4 box that is an absolute whore to get shut because of the three amphenol SCSI cables running to the three HBAs in front. It's a mess, an absolute mess.

But yes, that is pretty slick. I didn't know they even made 10" SCSI cables.
