Ok, PLEASE, taskmgr iCoN?

Alright, this has driven me NUTS! I have taskmgr.........and first off i have NO adware/virus - a clean install of XP Pro with XSetup and TweakUI Tweaks. Please.......oh please. Why does the icon of taskmgr only randomly show? I've tried everything, including the disable/enable of the hide icon feature. I have also deleted the icon streams in regedit......so its "defaulted".

what is the problem with having the task manager icon in the tray?
there should be an option to disable that, no need to fsck up your registry
