OK im confused about this

That's funny... Neither Antec NOR Newegg have updated their websites completely. :D

The case used to come with an SP450, but when they came out with the TPII's, they switched out to using a 480W.

I think the price of the PSU's are about the same, because the TPII's have two smaller 12V transistors instead of one big one and a smaller 5V as well. That, and I don't think they make the single rail SP450's anymore.. but I could be wrong.

That doesn't always work with Newegg. They have a dual rail Enermax listed as a single rail PSU. ;)
