thanks for everyones help lately. I waited for newegg to have the 'Antec earthwatts EA430 430W" to come back down in price with free shipping and little do you know it went back down to 49.99 with free shipping so i ordered it.

I hope this fixes my problems and im glad i got it because i feel like this Dynex 400 watt is hurting my system
 
It's definitely a much better PSU than your Dynex. Good luck, and I hope it helps you with your issues.
 
I use a Dynex before.

Not a very pretty door stopper but does the job.
 
well yeah i mean im running the 9600GT OC and I just feel the way it runs i feel like its not getting its potential power. to me it seems like something is holding it back and one of the problems is the PSU. its a bestbuy POS
 
yeah i read the hardocp review and watched some testing being done on youtube and ive seen the thing Fry and really low loads. Thats what started to concern me. I was laid off after 4 years and this pc as a birthday president for my bday next month and i dont want to hurt anything by using shotty equipment
 
Well everyone I just got my PSU just now and thats the fastest Delivery ive ever seen. as you can see i ordered it 8:09PM and it took basicly 1 day to get here and I didnt even choose the fast ship. I chose 3 days.

I havent put it in yet gonna do that when my daughter is taking her nap. ill never get it done if shes awake. I also found my problem that i was having with my video card running so laggish. Come to find out the windows 7 drivers werent running right at all so i changed to the nvidia vista 32bit and Bam everything is perfect. (I can now Max out my COD WAW wich I couldnt do with the windows 7 drivers)
 
Ok this was a task but its Done. I had to swap out the Compaq case for my Solid Black Bigger Case because the PSU didnt fit in the Compaq.

Anyways I got it all installed and I did a test on COD WAW everything maxed and its a big different. I can actualy see how much smoother my game is running. with the Dynex in big fights it would start to chug very little but i didnt see that when i just ran it.

overall im easily pleased and i thank everyone for the help these past couple weeks.
