ok i cant find vertical sync

i have nvidia 77.30 drivers on my computer ..


i can seem to find vertical sync .. i want to turn it on

i click the 6800gt tab> then the side menu comes up .. i looked under all the entries and i couldn't find it ...
 
It is in the 'performance & quality settings' frame of the 6800GT tab.
