OK. Have a nForce 2 333mhz FSB mobo...

...and have recently upgraded my memeory to some HyperX DDR 400.

My question is this: When I get my 2500+ Barton, will my mobo be the "weak link" in trying to get my FSB to 400?

MB is Leadtek Winfast K7NCRD.

I really want to take full bandwidth advantage of this excellent RAM.

Best I could do with my old revision nForce2 was 190fsb......went to the new revision(400 Ultra) and could do 230, so you may have the mobo hold you back.......or you might not.

if the timings on your ram are slow enough, definitely the board... since PCI issues don't come up.
