Oh, I messed up my desktop big...

I was trying to play with themes adn the like and now ALL my bars and windows adn the like are black. Like, the window at teh top that says "Firefox", all black. This field that I'm writing text in, black. I have NO idea how t get it out.... Any suggestions?
