Official RAGE 2 Gameplay Feature

The lack of enthusiasm says so much about the success of the last one.
 
I have every faith in Avalanche to provide a game worthy of my time. They did not disappoint with Mad Max in the slightest and this looks right up that alley.
 
Yeah, I don't care about the supposed narrative of "everyone" being not enthused about this franchise. This looks pretty great.

Modified Doom Engine is idTech6(I think) so that makes sense. Also I hope for performance visuals, but as long as the movement and gunplay ends up as silky smooth as Doom or Wolfenstein I’m in.
 
Rage 2 utilizes Avalanche’s own Apex engine seen in Mad Max and Just Cause games.
 
Looks fun, I guess, although the AI looks exceedingly stupid; at least once I saw an AI run right in to the path of fire, while looking at the player. Sheesh.
 
Looks more Doom esque than the last Rage title. I trust Bethesda to make it better than the previous title. ID just sort pushed Rage out and then the devs bailed on the company. Wasn't it right after they released this that Carmike Left ID?
 
I'm in! I think it looks pretty bad ass. Plus the fact that I'm starved for a goof single player shooter.

Agreed. Gamers will always find something to hate in a game. Because Rage 1 was so broken on release, this one will get a lot of hate just for that. It looks great to me tho.
