Does the product key attach to an email address or the computer itself ?

Is there a way to install office 2019 and activate the product key without giving an email address or phone # ?

How can u install office 2019 custom ? - It installed everything automatically without asking me any questions.

Since 2013, Office activation requires an email address to assign the product key. If you are lucky enough, certain programs like the Home Use Program (through work) give you a Retail key that does not require an email address. Volume licensing also does not require a email address.
