Office 2013 questions

My company is using Qmail and I had originally set up a email FWD and sent everything to a dedicated Gmail account. Worked wonderful for what I needed - filters, synced across multiple devices and easy back up. Well, IT decided that Gmail wasn't as secure as Qmail so they disabled the FWD feature in the settings. I am now stuck using either the Qmail site itself or Outlook. I've figured out the filters on Outlook but how do I go about setting it up to sync across my desktop, laptop and smartphone (Android)? I hate going to look for an email chain because I replied on the desktop or vise versa... not to mention the Outlook data file is getting fairy large on my laptops SSD now :|

I would LOVE to go back to using Gmail!

Ask your IT Department. Don't try to go around their policies or it could cost you your job.

Ask them what features they have that will allow you to accomplish your needs.
