Home and Student includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote for one computer at $139.99.

Home and Business includes the above plus Outlook for one computer at $219.99.

Professional includes the above plus Access and Publisher for one PC at $399.99.

In addition to the traditional offerings, there are subscription-based versions:

Office 365 Home Premium: entire suite, install on five computers, extra 20 GB Skydrive space and one hour Skype credit, $99.99/year.

Office 365 Small Business Premium: entire suite, 25 GB Outlook storage, 10 GB business cloud drive, licensed by user at $149.99/user/year.

As a heavy Outlook user, it seems I'll have to go for the $100/year 365 Home Premium package. Like most here, I use both a desktop and a laptop--the new one install limit on the 'boxed' copies won't work unless you're someone who docks their laptop when they get home. Makes it more expensive for me as a student (where the suite used to be a one-time payment of $100, and allowed more than one install).
