Will Moderators and Administrators be allowed into the off topic subscription forum?
 
I don't exactly understand your question. The forum is moderated...by Admins who were all Moderators in the old GenMay, but other than that your question is pretty vague.
 
You mean you thought it was just for people to share warez and porn, and not moderated at all??
 
General Mayhem is a freeform off topic forum for the discussion of almost anything under the sun. The general forum rules still apply, but since it is a closed forum, the rules are greatly relaxed in many ways other than subject matter. The subscription area is much more than General Mayhem it is also:
